In late February of 2008, 8 Albertan youth were chosen to
take part in an intensive 4 day documentary filmmaking workshop
called Change Your Lens. The youth met in Edmonton, AB, and
worked alongside Jaro Malanowski (Avatar Productions) who
facilitated the ins and outs of documentary making –
how to plan, shoot, and edit a documentary all within the
short time of 4 days!
