CFCA thanks the many donors who choose to have their friends
and family donate to Change for Children in lieu of gifts.
Supporters as young as 11 have made birthday parties benefit
CFCA and several have supported CFCA at their weddings.
This is a special way to support social justice and raise
awareness amongst friends and family.

If you contact us ahead of time we can provide donation
cards to include in your invitations or brochures for
place settings if you feel that is appropriate. We encourage
you to ask your guests to request that a tribute letter
be sent to you regarding their donation so you will be
notified of their gift.
This easy-to-set-up option through Canada helps allows you to create a giving page for any occasion through which your friends and community can donate to Change for Children online via your own campaign. Giving Pages allow you to email all your contacts an invitation (and instructions) of how to give, make it easy to promote donation gifts via your Facebook accounts and allow you to monitor donations received.
Don’t forget to designate Change for Children as the gift recipient!

kids who celebrate giving!
A Global Kids birthday party is a unique opportunity for you and your child to turn their birthday celebration into an event that also celebrates and inspires kids helping kids.
Global Kids Birthday Club members take a big birthday step by learning and teaching about other kids and making a contribution to projects that will make a positive difference!
Here's
how easy it works:
Let us know at least two weeks in advance of your child's birthday and we will send you an insert for your party invitations explaining your child's request to celebrate by helping others through Change for Children. Donation cards are provided for guests to easily participate or you can set up your own giving page (see above) .
Recognizing your child's accomplishment is an important part of the Global Kids Birthday Club. We will send you an award to acknowledge your child's awesome contribution for you to post at the party.
As an encouraging goal, Birthday Club members who raise $250 or more will be featured in CFCA's Birthday Club webpage (with your permission). All children will receive an award. Contributions of any amount make a difference.
Children are welcome to come to the office to deliver the money raised and get their photo taken or funds can be mailed in (no cash in the mail please) and a photo emailed.
